PI, thanks for post 2683 (not 2682 as stated in 2688). Too close to home?!

BTW--A large short position on a stock (or index) is sometimes considered bullish. Since they have to buy back to cover the shares they have borrowed, someone will be there to support the stock when it's falling or beg for there life when it's rising (causing a larger increase in stock then it will normally have [in case of earning surprises, upgrades, etc.])
My mistake with Oilex is that I waited for them to cover their shorts. It may be a smart move but in this case, the company started issuing shares like crazy (hay PI. No wonder you're amazed with the Reg. S post!) that helped them if not match, more then cover their position (s). (Speculation/opinion.)
