The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Inc. will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on March 8, 2021, for trading at the open on March 9, 2021. According to the TSX, there will be up to 12,865,475 common shares and up to 2,562,500 share purchase warrants of the company issued and outstanding, and up to 8,946,966 shares and up to 384,375 warrants reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol EPRX, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 29842P 10 5, and the warrants will trade under the symbol EPRX.WT, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 29842P 11 3.
