If they use his image to raise money by implying Mr Trump encourages people to contribute to the RNC without his permission, well that can't be legal can it? Isn't that forced speech? Seems like a no brainer. Imagine the RNC putting out an EMAIL with a picture of Alec Baldwin on top for the text "Please contribute to the RNC". He's a public figure.
