Hi Ando,

don't know of anything of signifigance fuelling this play at this point in time.

Bit of back round, TKO signed an agreement last year to aquire some gas or oil producing well from American Eagle. The project is in Nebraska. After the release on the Nebraska deal they came out with another one indicating they had raised the about 1.5 Million required to fund the deal, the stock ran on this news then suddenly started to decline. The placement to obtain these funds never materialized, another release was issued indicating this. The VSE halted the stock pending a review/investigation. VSE requested a new board of directors and severance of ties with Flemming Financial(Bill Rutledge).

This all happened and Trading resumed towards the end of last year. Those that run Pemberton Resources(PBT-VSE) now run TKO. PR of TKO recently told me they are trying to renegotiate the Nebraska deal, also trying to raise money(currently they have none) for this deal.Previous releases will tell you what the deal is/was.

To raise money via a placement I was told they have to get TKO up to the .25 cent range. Looks like that is what they are doing. Seems the proffessional day traders are having a field day with this one. Volume is attracting interest(i.e. yourself), with enough shares traded they may get a resistance level in the 20 cent range.

Its a tough call. I do not know if TKO has anything else in the works. Can't make sense out of why they may come up with other properties to explore under TKO when the same people have PBT(same business). As for the Nebraska deal, I keep thinking to myself "if it was so great why didn't someone else pick it up after TKO lost it".

My conclusion, its probably just market manipulation.Noticed earlier today many of the buys where through Discount Brokers(people making there own decisions) and most of the sales were by regular players(Westcoast brokerages) of these types of stock.

Hope this helps.
