My neck of the woods Texas energy infrastructure within five years will be a train wreck. Comments from FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) on their mandate for renewable energy are a CF. Texas, even with good intentions to build out,can’t go it alone without Federal dollars. Headwinds; New Green Deal, Biden straight lining on the EEG leaves Harris salivating in the next room. Those 64 executive orders rammed down our throat were frightening the real show hasn’t even started. Worth mentioning those orchestrating with a regime and believe teaching history is irrelevant might want to take a class. Successful coup. Those not on the top floor become extinct. Goal was to get out of the concrete jungle and set my compass north for Whitefish. Due to family health issues we are stuck in Houston for the perceivable future. So I have to wait it out and hope for the best. Yes I have been preparing the last twelve months.
