My belief is TX is still viable. The problem is States still abiding by Federal "Mandates". The Federal Government is the problem not the State. The federal mandates are there to destroy States independence. There was no problem with the TX grid before "green energy" and federal mandates. Ignore the federal government and nullify all federal "mandates" and states will do just fine as they have since 1791. G-n-G
