One of the biggest reasons that I am concerned about the market topping is that most semiconductor stocks and semi-equipment stocks blew well past earnings estimates and sold off on their earnings. That is exactly what happened in early 2000. I am expecting a retest of that upward trend line and then a move higher with next quarter's earnings. New highs though? I am just not too sure. RtS
