It's hard to judge by the tape alone. Here's a good reference point and one of the main reasons why I think there could be higher highs available to this sector.

EPS Last FY year EPS this FY year
AMAT 4.17 5.98 (up 43%).

For 2022, current EPS estimate growth over 2021 is showing at 7%.

I will be amazed if that turns out to be the case. Keep in mind that EPS in dollars for 2022 has gone from $5.35 to $6.41 in the last 90 days. Don't be surprised if 90 days from now, it's at least another dollar or so higher from here...
