I'd venture to guess the drop has little to nothing to do with patent issues and a lot to do with Levin's resignation. IMO, its in the best interest of shareholders for their board to act swiftly. The 3-6 month estimate as relayed to SVogel by IR, was a bit disturbing to me. Another angle and one probably impossible to gauge, is the stability of the SKB JV, in light of the mega-merger. Jim
