Thread - Another interesting thing I have noticed is that Dell is approaching CPQ's market cap, with around 1/4 the sales of the merged CPQ/DEC. Dell has around 360 million shares outstanding, so current market cap is around 37B, CPQ's being around 42B. The way Dell has been moving, it could surpass CPQ in the next month! However, if my figuring is correct, CPQ's PSR will be around 1, Dell's around 4, which I think is one measurement that augers 'well' for a nice catchup phase for CPQ in the near future, while not even taking into consideration the fact that CPQ is now much better positioned than Dell in the enterprise....
