Sequans Settlement

Got my checks today but they were less than I expected. My average compensation for eligible shares was $0.21/share vs the "damage" of $0.72/share. So I'm a little disappointed but not surprised now that I think about it.

Here is the eMail I sent to them. When I get an answer I'll post it.

"Hi, I received 3 checks today from the Sequans settlement. The amounts were far afield from what I was expecting so I am seeking some clarification.

For example, in one account I have only one eligible purchase which was 2,500 shares on 5/15/2017 at $3.88 per share. As these shares were still held on October 27th the loss is calculated as 2,500 x $0.72 = $1,800. The check I received was for $589.05

I can only assume that the calculated loss is merely a construct that is used to apportion the settlement amongst the claimants and not an indication of the estimated reimbursement amount.

Is that a correct appraisal of the situation.

If you have any type of detailed breakdown I would be very interested to receive it and put my mind at ease.

Thank you."
