BG, We have known for a long time DCI has needed a switch in the U.S. to tie everything together and know they have it. Joe has been trying to acquire this company for 10 months and now he got it. It's nice to know DCI is now in the position to acquire profitable companies. I'm sure we will see several more like this over the next several months.
