I thought at first he had been killed wrongly, but after seeing the results of the toxicology, I've sorta changed my mind. Also, seeing the video from minutes before he was put in that hold, he was a big man and was clearly f*ed up on a number of substances.

I'd say, "Sometimes having all the facts makes a difference."

But in the Babbitt case, they are refusing to disclose the facts (coroner's report and officer details). You can't really do that, but they know it is going to fade away. Only hope if Rand paul.
