Dear Musya: We have to account for this as a purchase,because we have to pay $3.0 million at the close and we have a call provision whereby we can buy back another $3.0 million in stock.The net result is we could only be out $2.0 million in stock. Don't bother to add up the parts it will be explained in an 8k.I don't want to explain that now because it involves another news release.I have been after this company for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier.This is an historically profitable company which brought down $1.5 million to the bottom line last year on $15.0 million in sales.They have audited statements for the past six years.It is also important to note that we intend to use their switch for Canadien minutes-its a whole lot cheaper. Also,note that R&D Scientific along with alpha products(in the second quarter) are no longer part of DCI
