Pete,

Thanks for the response. Myself and another GRNO shareholder just returned from a trip to Charleston, SC on Saturday. Their machine is also operational although current SC environmental permitting delays prevent them from operating at the designed 600-800 gph capacity. They currently are operating around 275gph and producing a similiar ratio of 70-75% as per their publically stated claims. They hope to have the permitting issue resolved this spring.

GRNO also feels pretty strongly that they will easily be able to upgrade their design to produce 1000 gph and be able to reduce their sulphur level through some innovative filtration/treatment processing.

The questions that I have for POR revolve around how they are dealing with their VOC and sulphur emmission issues. I also wonder what their ability for designing in increased capacities is.

Let's keep in touch and follow the progress of both companies. I'll give POR a call this week and play 20 questions with them and see if they are able to answer them satisfactorily.

Like I've said, there is plenty of room in this market for both companies, but the one that is further along technologically will ultimately succeed, especially in light of the terrible rack price for #2 diesel/heating oil (.42/gal last week) I also want to know what their cost for feedstock is and the steps they are taking to lot in consistent steady supplies. Another issue is to discuss the current logistics related to analytical testing of both feedstock and final product. Also, I would like to know how they are dealing with inconsistencies with feedstock quality and water content.

This should prove to be interesting.

Again, thanks for the response and let's keep in touch.

Regards,

Ron
