Delayed meeting and proxy. Hmmm, heady stuff. Sounds like
the leak about value per share poll could be real, but perhaps
not so much for merger as sell off of an asset, like Filemaker?

Well, this should further weaken the street's knees, and might
provide a buying opportunity testing $17.
