It depends on the trade but I have had a few over the last month just sit in pending and I end up cancelling and putting them back in. Half the time by that time your trade is a waste of time. If I wasn't paying $6.95 for trades I would be moving my account somewhere else. I don't know if people are working from home but their customer service and their platform need someone coming in and doing something. I agree, they have really let everything go downhill. If wealthsimple would add the CSE to their platform I would move everything there even if I couldn't trade warrants for awhile.
