Exactly. Management is doing it's job with acquisitions at what appears to be bargain prices and a rapid pace. Management is focused on specific sectors of the business but they have a lot of people to train. Now all we shareholders have to is let them do their job with minimal incumberances. I really like the idea of having a couple of folks from SI field all the questions. Another way to growth is by treating employees with dignity and encourage them to become shareholders so they feel ownership and take responsibility for the company. Many companies fail because they do not fully appreciate the 9-5 employees who can make or break a company. IMHO.
