Imagine what a return to interest rates of just 15 years ago would do to budget deficits, housing and commercial RE especially our most expensive cities globally (looking at London, HK, Vancouver, Sydney, SF ect..) or the stock market?? And they weren't even that high then.. Where is US 10 year treasury in 12,36, 60 months the biggest question IMHO.. All interrelated yield curve, currencies, inflation or debt crisis will pay somehow someway for the stupidity..
