Based on the recent news release announcement that 1,410,057 warrants were exercised by March 12, 2021, and the earlier announcement of treasury shares that had been issued in lieu of salaries, the new total for the issued and outstanding share capital of Verde Agritech is now:
50,416,015 shares (versus the 48,444,803 reported at December 31, 2020)
CEO Veloso's personal holdings have increased to 9,451,547 common shares and 2,142,308 share options expiring in 2028, 2029, 2030 and 2031. His current shares represent 18.75% of the new figure.
On a fully diluted basis he would hold 11,593,855 shares of a revised total of 52,558,323 issued and outstanding shares which would represent a 22.06% ownership position.
He remains the most significant individual investor in the Company. |
