I did phone them about breaking up my orders. I would put 10k up for sale and I would only see 6k or 4k or other random amounts. The lady on the other end of the phone gave me the link to the NEO exchange where you can find the rest. The problem with that is it has gone right by mine and not sold mine. It's also deceptive when looking at RBC's level 2 as you think there is 6k available at such a price but when you buy them another 6k pops up right away but if you watch the NEO at the same time you will see there are actually 18k for sale at that price. Why they can't combine the NEO into their level 2's is beyond me but obviously not enough complaints for them to care.. Now if you go to the bottom of this link and look at top dealers by volume you will see why we have so many problems with the RBC. neo.inc
