Joe, you are wrong. Shorting a bb stock is illegal. If you don't beleive me call up your broker and tell him you wish to short ACCY. You can of course short big board and Nasdq securities. But, the bulliten board had different rules. If you don't beleive me then try it. I should know because I worked for Prudential. SK
