Mr. Stephane Pictet, director of the US small caps research department, has created a specific "filter" with the following 10 criteria : the company must have an activity which is comprehensible the company must have a strong and clear business-plan the company must have competitive advantages the company must have a dynamic, experimented and motivated management the management must be the main shareholder the company must have a good communication policy with its shareholders the company must be able to develop a permanent increase in net return of sales the company must have an interest to increase their stock price (ex. warrants) stock must be undervalued, underfollowed and technically well oriented TNG Finances avoids OBB stocks and "has been" stocks.
