I had noted in a prior posting an issue or two I had, if not with Sprott's obtaining ownership of 40% of USAS... America's Gold and Silver... at least the corruption and incompetence of the management that resulted in Sprott owning it... while the once profitable mine fell into disrepair and lost money. I won't again recount the devastation to shareholder value resulting from that fiasco / debacle... all of which I avoided, save in the lost opportunity costs... but, as I did note that here while pointing out that investors should steer clear of USAS, and of any management who have proven they cannot be trusted as fiduciaries, or as good stewards of the shareholders interest...
