That has been happening to me as well. RBC shuffles their orders every day so even if you get a partial fill the day before you are behind all the good till fill orders of everyone else from the days before. Thanks for that link to the Neo exchange I wonder if there is some way to track what they are also doing on the more obscure exchanges they own. I am reinstated but according to them a wash is even switching from diff wts on the same security even thou that does not fit the definition of a wash trade. Going to have to be careful as too much hassle to have accounts frozen for what ever they perceive to interfere with their pillaging. I will get other accounts open and continue the process of transferring funds. Will have to bite the bullet at some time and transfer my RRSP and the 6 week tie up it involves.
