Here goes - I say they used 200 to 300 wafers/week for two weeks (I estimate there were 200-300 wafer starts per week back in early November)

From these 500 wafers they realized 10,000 good die or 20/wafer, or about a 5% yield from a 68mm^2 die. Still pretty sick, but a lot better than nonsensical 1%. Ku-whatever might have calculated his yield based on total wafer starts in '97 of 0.25 process, not on wafer starts that had completed production.
