Republicans want it both ways, that Obama withdrew from Iraq and let ISIS take over and he didn't withdraw from Iraq. You're going with the second lie. Okay, let's deal with that lie. The Short Answer: 1. No, Obama shouldn't shoulder the full burden for the timing of the withdrawal of troops; 2.
