I mean South America is not a problem for China. When USA has finished being over run by people from South of the border, who lack Virtuous Victorian Values and who will turn USA into a hybrid of Venezuela Brazil, Colombia, Bolivia, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico with the socioeconomic norms of those countries, combined with Haitian, Somali, Cuban, Kenyan ideologies, China won't have much to worry about.
MAGA was rejected by the electorate, by the judicial branch who refused to hear any evidence of electoral fraud by fake voters and fiddled computer output, by RINOs and a good chunk of dopey voters who believed screeds of CNN Fake News about Trump. The FBI did not investigate electoral fraud.
Chinas electoral system seems about as sensible = the people in charge choose the next leader.
But still USA carries on. It is uncertain that USA will follow the Great and Glorious British Empire that voted itself into failure after bringing civilisation to hordes of benighted barbarians around the world. The trends are bad for USA.
Biden has no idea what's going on. When Cackling Kamala takes over, that will be the official end. Trump saved the day from Harridan Hillary for 4 years. But it's over. Bankrupt countries do badly. Electorates cannot vote themselves rich unless they vote like Singaporeans for VVV.
