Those F****NG Upper Echelon Democrats, most especially that Far Left Mob, knew FULL WELL about the Deteriorating Mental Condition of Joe "Dementia/Crook" Biden. They knew then that it was unlikely that Biden would last a year in the job. They wanted a Far Left Stooge and Malleable Puppet in the Oval Office. They saw "Camel" "Round-Heels" Harris as a perfect "fit".

Unfortunately it had already been proven that "Camel" would not get there by a "people's vote" after her disastrous display at their "Convention" ..... so they attached her to Biden's rear end as Vice-President.

All that was then left to do was to "Prepare The Way", Legislatively, with Pelosi's "Commission On Presidential Capacity Legislation" which would provide the means to remove that "USEFUL IDIOT", Joe Biden .......
