I checked with my telephone co Bell Atlantic in Wilmington De. Their system is analog and not capable of handling more than 28.8 and most of the time my modem is only receiving at 26.4 . Moenar, Is all of Bell Atlantic's lines analogue? Do you use them as an ISP or are you using another ISP. The ISP needs digital to the telco switching station. A decent analogue line to the ISP from your place would work. Glenn
