Ben,

I believe the report I am talking about was released late last summer or early in the fall. What you are referencing (I believe) is the brokerage community settlement (?). AS you stated before, what a timely release, the day before Christmas when no one was looking. Go SEC!!! Check out the URL I posted for more details. You will enjoy the reading. For what its worth, with the 15 odd years of market study I've done, price is where to focus your studies. IMO, too many blocks are crossed specifically with the purpose of corrupting any meaningful interpretation of volume. It is price which makes most if not all traders ultimately move. Think of the last trade you made. I bet it was price which brought you to a "decision". It always is with me.

Good luck!
