I lost several thousand dollars in 2018, 2019 with Harvest One.

Picked up a healthy portion of warrants for $0.015 today. Hope to recoup some.

Harvest One Cannabis closes $5.75-million bought deal

Harvest One Cannabis Inc. has closed its short form prospectus bought deal offering, pursuant to which the company issued 37,096,700 units of the company at a price of 15.5 cents per unit for gross proceeds to the company of approximately $5.75-million, including the full exercise of an overallotment option.

Mackie Research Capital Corp., as sole bookrunner, and ATB Capital Markets Inc. acted as co-lead underwriters of the offering.

Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share at an exercise price of 19.5 cents at any time until March 17, 2024.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used: (i) to expand the company's existing product lines and distribution channels; and (ii) for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally approved the listing of the common shares and the warrants. It is expected that the warrants will commence trading on the TSX-V on or about March 19, 2021, under the trading symbol HVT.WT.
