Correction. I should read more and more carefully. High risk is anyone or over 65, over 55 with another condition, CKD, BMI >35, diabetes... I hope the trial leads to more people getting treated - for their sakes more than for my fiscal interest.

The US govt paid $260m for 750K doses at 1200mg. That works out a little under $350 per dose. The trial indicates a lower dosage is sufficient.
