Mr Robert Rosner reports
The company is proposing a consolidation of its share capital on the basis
of 13 old shares for one new, and a change of name to Moreno Ventures Inc.
Shareholder approval will be sought at the March AGM.
Michael Blum has resigned as director of the company.
Michael A. Iverson, Nat Lineham and Pier Michele De Lazzari have been
appointed directors of the company.
Michael Iverson has been appointed CEO, P. Michele De Lazzari has been
appointed secretary and CFO. Robert Rosner remains president of the
company.
