Mike: Management, ah! Management ... the greatest reason why a company with just an average idea or product with experienced and proven management will inevitably outperform and almost certainly outlast a company with a potential world-class idea, method or product in the hands of inexperienced, greedy or overzealous management (did I forget to say ego-driven??). Just observe history. Doesn't matter whether the company is public or private, human nature knows no boundries, and doesn't really care whether the NASD is watching. The lesson now observing the DD's, is to keep your eye on the measured progress, company claims, follow-up on claims, and who's minding the store. If all is in order here, the rest should take care of itself, and the players will emerge. We're on the same page...Irv
