TO ALL: WDRY closed at 283/16. IMO the time to short this puppy has come (I will jump in at a price over 28). Some people will rather wait until it starts going down. I will dare again and short on way up. Pancho news unrelated to me shorting desire: Coinmach Extends Sr Notes Exchange Offer Until Feb. 6 NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Coinmach Laundry Corp. (WDRY) extended until 5 p.m. EST Feb. 6 its offer to exchange up to $296,655,000 of its 11 3/4% series D senior notes due 2005 for its 11 3/4% series C senior notes due 2005 and 11 3/4% series B senior notes due 2005. In a press release Monday, Coinmach said holders had tendered $82,770,000 in series C notes and $135,342,000 in series B in exchange for series D notes as of Jan. 30, the offer's orginal expiration date. Coinmach owns, operates and services coin-operated laundry machines.
