Nevin, It seems to me that what is meant by a 1:1 sales of lasers to sales of steppers will depend on the number of stepper sales which will be increasing. The 82 in production does not mean that only 82 were installed in 4Q97. Since it takes a long time to get them working properly after installation, it would not seem unlikely that the number in production next quarter could be more than 212 (82 installed 4Q97 + 130 new installs). To my way of thinking, there could easily be a significant increase in laser sales. Maybe Jay did not understand this point at first either. Just another point of view. Best of luck. jrh
