In Canada no one pays for their healthcare, it is 100% free. Canadian doctors when they graduate take a vow of poverty along with their Hippocratic Oath. Of course like anything else you get what you pay for, if you are unfortunate enough to get sick and can afford it you travel south to the Mayo Clinic for quality medical care.
