Amen to that everyone.....

According to what I was told several weeks ago by NASD OTC compliance, several mmkrs have filed 15c2-11 applications. It only takes one to make a market but non-filing mmkrs must wait 30 days to "punch in" and join the party.

My take on the situation is that they will looking for inventory when (god forbid that should be "if") they re-enter. Call me foolish but I haven't sold a share of GRNO since I bought it. And from what I saw this weekend, I believe it will only be a matter of time before someone steps up to the plate and buys one or more of them. (But then haven't I felt this way before.... :0)

The unit was operational during my visit on Saturday. Storage level indicators showed final product tanks near capacity and needing emptying soon. But let's not fool ourselves here.... GRNO acknowledges that they need more storage capacity and larger tanks to work with (larger tanks mean fewer samples required for quality testing before sale.)

What is key in my mind is that the company is able to demonstrate the processor to the extent necessary to facilitate a contractual decision. And in my opinion, I hope that GRNO never builds another processor in the state of S. Carolina. I simply cannot believe how difficult that state can be when it comes to facilitating the operation of a clearly emission free process. If it wasn't for the heat waves that were visible from the top of the exhaust column and the obvious heat of the various components themselves you would think that the unit wasn't running at all. You actually require sunglasses to cut the glare of the sun and actually view the exhaust.

Another shareholder traveled down there with me (And god bless him for sharing the driving on the 24 hour marathon visit). I told him that I might comment on what I saw but that I wouldn't mention his name in case he decided to withhold his comments.

But we both spent quite a few hours in active discussion and comment on what we witnessed. I heartily recommend others taking the time to visit for themselves. That is what diligence is all about.

Regards,

Ron
