No, those are the lawsuits I mentioned in my post, I assume.

But yes, it goes to the point I'm making: These suits make it nowhere, even though there is clearly malice against Trump among the media (read Jennifer Rubin, the newspaper's purportedly conservative voice lol).

I believe if the case is won against Fox, it could create some precedent that makes it impossible to hold back suits against liberal media outlets. That is my hope at least.
