Injunction against CCB proceedings with CPTAQ, denied by a Judge yesterday Today and Tomorrow are the last times we have to appear in front of CPTAQ Both sides argue their position, and a final decision is made by CPTAQ. There is no appealing the CPTAQ, so their decision is final. Then we will see if GSLR decides to appeal that decision to the courts. They must be just rolling in the money to be spending taxpayers money like this. But, its their right, just as it is our right to proceed with a Permit Request for a Mine and a Quarry.
