What victims? I asked because I am struggling to come up with any potential or even theoretical victims. Little guys that might feel defamed just suck it up and get back to their lives. And the big guys are public figures so the measure of defamation is different, difficult to overcome. Seems to me that big Trump-supporting money that might back a little-guy victim in a lawsuit has moved on. As for precedent, you don't get precedent until at least one is successful in such a lawsuit.

I think you're beating the proverbial dead horse here.
