Jim,Re" PSYCLE " TechAnalysis. At this point in time I doubt I can buy this.Initially I can see some merit in buying a stock that is down ( Vivus 5 weeks ago); happens all the time; bottom fishing. However 1 month later I doubt it. Vivus is in a special situation that no other stock I suspect has ever been in and so it has to be looked at individually. We have a very controversial situation with 2 diammetrically opposite poinsw of view: one that it works, the other that not only it does not work, but that a pill which 1 year ago was essentially untested untried in large trials ( Viagra ) not only worke dbetter but was safe. The data are out there ( in my daily review post). Beauty as they say is in the eyes of the beholder.Everybody has to lookk at the data and come up with their own conclusions> I don't invest emotionally. I want to know what I am buying and I believe Vivus has the best non invasive ED product out now.Others may disagree. As I look at the action of the stock I note that in the last 3 weeks volatility is less. ALso when sellers outbid buyers by 50:5 ratio as often occurred today, nobody panicked and sold. Floor atayed at $15. I suspect that the current Vivus holders are a group of very bold, very aggressive investors, who have been through severalbruises in the past. They are a hardened group. They can see a 2, 3, 4 and 5 bagger ( multiple of gain). They bought at 9.5, 10. 10.5 etc. They are up 50%.However they know that to bag the bird you got to be able to HOLD ON long enough to get the prize and not sell too early, even if you are up 50%. And so I suspect that Vivus will continue to rise. 1/4 point point a day!! but surely. Like a prowling Tyrranosaurus Rex that is going to leap and bite, a short, soon.
