not sure who the new guys are - 1 - Michele Lazzari - took a PP in Sept 95. The others have no insider records yet. 1:13 is a pretty steep roolback for only 8.6M out. Guess you'd have to find out who has shrs and go to the AGM - Feb 25.98 in PNB's lawyer's office. There was a late filing notice for PNB the other day . They were probably just holding off so that they could file 2 notices at once - being the thrifty guys they are save a few bucks and put it into the drilling program!
