He would not be the first to OD on the drugs he ate in anticipation of being searched. I thought at first he was killed by the cop. But looks can be deceiving, and a few weeks ago I read the autopsy, and I could not envision myself blaming the death on the cop after having read it. I get it is an imperfect call, but IIRC, the be convicted of a crime there is this reasonable doubt thing. And how anyone could NOT have reasonable doubt I just don’t know.
