Of course, not. They didn’t do it single handedly. They sold it to legislatures as a way of ballot harvesting in the few areas they found could guarantee a win. But they did violate the law in various ways across the few essential states. We know that. For example, blocking access to Republican poll watchers, which you have blown off as unimportant. It isn’t and it wasn’t. It was a key element for stealing the election.
