I don't know what article you are talking about. My post was in reference to the size of carbon nanoparticles not the structure or chemistry of them. The problem is that nanoparticles of pretty much any material are the size of germs because they are nano and consequently are attacked by the human body's defense mechanisms in an effort to kill them, something which obviously cannot be done.
I know your powers of comprehension are not what they might be but I hope you now have a better understanding of the problem.
