Truth is we don't know how Ms. Boyland died. Once again, no official cause of death has been stated, and as on Jan 6, the Capitol Police have said only "Medical Emergency". So, it could have been heart attack or a drug overdose or that she died as a result of the trampling. We do not know.
It seems at least as likely that she had some medical incident, fell, and was ostensibly trampled. One would think there was an autopsy done, and we still don't know what it says.
So, neither of us knows how she died. There is a lot of speculation, but no facts have been made available. I would say until Pelosi makes that information available, we just don't know.
