There is a difference between "harm being done" and a person being summarily declared guilty. I know you know that.

I would have thought Brumar did.

There is also the fact that when an election is stolen we consider that harm was done to the candidate from whom it was stolen (I've always wondered why the voters seem to not have standing, but it seems we don't).
