I have seen class actions for far less, so a prediction based on what I have seen in the past.
What they do is announce a Class Action and then see if anyone in the PP agrees to join. If enough, they proceed. If no one signs up, then the Suit is dropped. No loss for the Ambulance Chasing Organization and a win if people decide to sign up. That's how these guys work. So you may think Rubbish, but if the stock tanks, you can bet it will occur.
